DOES EVERYONE HAVE TO REGISTER TO ATTEND THE EVENT?
Yes, registration is per person to enter the event.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION, REFUND OR CHANGE POLICY?
All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. In order for us to continue to bring you valued events we cannot provide refunds.
CAN I CHANGE A NAME OR GIVE SOMEONE ELSE MY BADGE?
Name changes are allowed until June 1, 2009. Please email any name changes to events@teamnuvision.com. The name change is not official until you receive an email confirmation from Team NuVision.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress is business casual for Friday and Saturday Sessions.
WHICH HOTELS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
The official hotel is The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. We strongly recommend the Gaylord for convenience and all the amenities you will receive from staying at a 5-Star Resort. Team NuVision has created a Housing Bureau to accommodate you in your hotel arrangements. Payment arrangements are available.
WHAT AIRPORTS ARE CLOSEST TO THE EVENT?
Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and within a 45-minute drive from Dulles and Baltimore Washington International Airports. Shuttle service and car service are available from either airport to the hotel.
WILL THERE BE HANDICAPPED SEATING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there will be handicapped seating available on the floor.
